To be eligible, a person must be an Australian resident (or meet the residency test), have a permanent and significant disability, and be aged between 7 and 65 (or be accepted under Early Childhood support if younger). You can reach out to us by phone, email, or referral via your NDIS planner. We will first talk with you (or your guardian) to understand your goals, needs, and eligibility, then guide you through service agreement, support planning and delivery.

Yes. We assist participants in finding, securing, and maintaining suitable housing. This includes advice, liaison with landlords, modifications, or shared living arrangements.

Shared living supports involve multiple participants living together with individualized support. We provide support under models like SIL (Supported Independent Living), STA (Short-Term Accommodation), ILO (Individual Living Options), etc.

Yes. We offer travel and transport support to help participants get to medical appointments, social engagements, shopping, or other essential destinations.

We work within the participant’s NDIS plan and budget. You do not pay separately for services covered in your plan. The services we deliver are claimed via that funding, as per your agreement.

We understand that needs evolve. We offer flexible plan adjustments and will work with you to update service types, frequency, or intensity to match your changing circumstances.

You have the right to choose your support provider and worker(s) (depending on your plan management). We take your preferences—personality, skills, culture, etc.—into account when matching workers. We always aim for compatibility and continuity.

You are fully entitled to raise concerns or complaints. We will have a formal complaints policy and process in place to respond, correct, and improve. If issues remain unresolved, you can escalate via the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission or relevant oversight bodies.
