We are a team of support workers who use all their expertise and experience to deliver just the right support that helps them meet the objectives of their lives. They are not only professional and knowledgeable, experienced and trained, but they are caring and compassionate as well! They consider NDIS participants as their extended family members, and serve them accordingly. Our disability support services in Sydney caters to not only participants’ needs, but that of their family and immediate caregivers as well. It is this focused, warm and cordial approach, which makes us a trusted name in the NDIS fraternity in Sydney.

Who is eligible for services under the NDIS?
To be eligible, a person must be an Australian resident (or meet the residency test), have a permanent and significant disability, and be aged between 7 and 65 (or be accepted under Early Childhood support if younger). The disability must substantially impact daily functioning. (General NDIS eligibility criteria)
How do I begin accessing NDIS support with your organisation?
You can reach out to us by phone, email, or referral via your NDIS planner. We will first talk with you (or your guardian) to understand your goals, needs, and eligibility, then guide you through service agreement, support planning and delivery.
Can you help me find suitable accommodation or tenancy support?
Yes. We assist participants in finding, securing, and maintaining suitable housing. This includes advice, liaison with landlords, modifications, or shared living arrangements.
What is shared living support (SIL, STA, ILO) and do you provide it?
Shared living supports involve multiple participants living together with individualized support. We provide support under models like SIL (Supported Independent Living), STA (Short-Term Accommodation), ILO (Individual Living Options), etc.
Can you help with transport to appointments or community activities?
Yes. We offer travel and transport support to help participants get to medical appointments, social engagements, shopping, or other essential destinations.
How is funding handled? Do I pay extra?
We work within the participant’s NDIS plan and budget. You do not pay separately for services covered in your plan. The services we deliver are claimed via that funding, as per your agreement.
What happens if my support needs change over time?
We understand that needs evolve. We offer flexible plan adjustments and will work with you to update service types, frequency, or intensity to match your changing circumstances.
How do I choose my support worker or decide who provides my services?
You have the right to choose your support provider and worker(s) (depending on your plan management). We take your preferences—personality, skills, culture, etc.—into account when matching workers. We always aim for compatibility and continuity.
What if I’m not satisfied with the services or want to make a complaint?
You are fully entitled to raise concerns or complaints. We will have a formal complaints policy and process in place to respond, correct, and improve. If issues remain unresolved, you can escalate via the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission or relevant oversight bodies.
